  • Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that taps into your body’s natural ability to balance itself physically, mentally, and emotionally. During a session, I use light touch or hands just above your body to help release energetic blocks, reduce tension, and promote relaxation. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep calm—each experience is unique. It’s a deeply grounding practice that helps reconnect you with your inner stillness and clarity.

    Sessions take place in a room set up much like a spa or massage room. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, and designed to engage the senses.

    The reiki table is set up like a massage table, clothing is left on during a session.

  • Not at all. Reiki is grounded in universal principles that benefit people from all backgrounds. While Reiki may feel spiritual, it’s simply a gentle energy practice designed to help you connect with your own sense of peace and well-being—no beliefs required!
